I'm a trainer, creative, and professional in the sport/entertainment industry. My mission is to use my love of movement arts and health/wellness to create a positive impact on people's lives. I offer a full spectrum and holistic approach to training, specializing in gymnastic strength, aerial arts, mobility, fitness conditioning, and flexibility. I also help clients design healthier lifestyles by addressing stress management, nutrition, and injury prehab/rehab. I work with clients of all ages and abilities.

I'm continually developing my own skills and training. I have a formal education as a performer (BA (hons) Acting from Drama Centre London) and later trained professionally in circus arts as an Aerialist (EAC professional performer, My Aerial Home). I have a strong foundation in water skills as a swimmer and am a PADI certified rescue diver. Most recently, I've been living in Thailand where I've been developing my fight and combat skills as a student of Muay Thai.

I'm an avid traveler and work continually with artists, athletes, and coaches from around the world to enhance my own knowledge and that of my students. This recently culminated in my first International retreat and seminar held in Sri Lanka. That's why I love teaching online—it's a powerful tool that allows me to connect with people from all corners of the globe.

I believe there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome, and I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
